Bathroom # 1

Water leak was present outside of the shower door. Our team removed the shower unit, jacuzzi tub, and tiled floor. Mold was present. We had to also replace two sheets of sub flooring. This a a newer home built in 2001.Its hard to believe what a little water leak can make so much concealed damage.

Relocated the toilet and tub. Also our team removed a window.

Removed the shower unit. Also our team increased the shower size and built a customer shower unit.

Complete kitchen remodel!
Install new Omega cabinets, granite counter tops, tile back splash, appliances, floor, r.o. water filtration, and lighting.

Step one was to gut the kitchen, remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. Then we moved the laundry room wall to make the kitchen more spacious. Also we installed custom Omega Cabinets, recessed lights, tiled floor, marble counter tops, granite island, and all new appliances.  

Working toward these steps......fast results!
